The milestone ceremony brought together leaders, innovators, and advocates of sustainable development in a night filled with recognition and pride.

At the forefront of this year’s winners was RLC Residences, named Developer of the Year 2025. Their list of victories also included Best Starter Home Condominium Development, Best Smart Home Condominium Development, Best Sustainable Development, Best Condominium Architectural Design, and a Special Recognition Award for Sustainable Construction.

Federal Land emerged as a strong force, claiming Best Developer Metro Manila, Best Luxury Condominium Development, Best Affordable Condominium Development, Best Mixed-Use Development, Best Retail Development, Best Transit-Oriented Development, Best Community-Centric Design, and the People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2025, awarded to the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences South Tower.

The awards also honored other deserving names across the country. Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates was named Best Industrial Developer and for Best Industrial Development. Filinvest Land Inc. earned Best Developer Visayas, Best Developer Mindanao, and Special Recognition for Corporate Social Responsibility. Makiling Mews Corp. secured Best Boutique Developer and Best LEED Development, while Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation won Best Affordable Housing Development and Best Green Development.

(Best Resort Condominium Development), Dolmar Land (Best Investment Property – Emerging Communities), Golden Bay Prime Landholdings, Inc. (Best Green Lifestyle Development), Malveda Properties and Development Corporation (Best Serviced Apartment), Omaha Development Corporation (Best Mid-Range Townhouse Development), Taylormade Development Corporation (Best Townhome Developer), Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. (Best Township Development), Ortigas Land (Best High Rise Condominium Development), PHirst Park Homes, Inc. (Best Developer Luzon), R Land Development Inc. Agencies were also recognized for their contributions. The Agency Excellence Awards went to Cebu Grand Realty, Kondo Ko Property Management, Llorico Realty, and Luxe Realty and Development Corp., affirming their role in bringing communities closer to homeownership and investment opportunities.
